This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement to EnergySolutions to provide disposal of low level radioactive waste. The material for disposal is licensed/regulated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Low Level Waste Policy A ct as amended by 42 USC 2021 (B) et seq. All applicable permits and licenses are required.

Any resulting contract will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized under FAR 6.203-1 and is subject to availability of funds.

This no tice of intent is not a request for offers.
